BRAOU Revaluation & Recounting Process: How to Apply, Fees & Results

What is Revaluation and Recounting?

Revaluation means your answer papers will be checked again by a different examiner. They will review your answers and marks given.

Recounting means only adding up your marks again to check if there was any calculation mistake. No one will check your answers again.

Who Can Apply For BRAOU Revaluation?

Any student who appeared in BRAOU theory examinations can apply for revaluation. You cannot apply for practical exams, only theory papers.

Both BRAOU UG (BA, BCom, BSc) and PG (MA, MCom, MSc, MBA) students can apply.

Important Timelines

You must apply within a few days after results are declared. BRAOU announces the last date on their website, so check immediately after results come out.

Don’t wait too long. Once the deadline passes, applications will not be accepted.

Revaluation Fees

The revaluation fee is approximately Rs. 1,000 per paper. The exact amount may vary by course, so check the official notification.

You need to pay separately for each paper you want the revaluation.

How to Apply for Revaluation

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

Visit the BRAOU Exam Portal:

  • Go to the official BRAOU examination section
  • Click on Revaluation / Recounting Application

Enter the last 7 digits of your admission number and select your semester. Fill in the captcha code shown on screen.

Step 3: Select Papers

Choose the subjects you want to apply for revaluation. You can select multiple papers if needed.

Step 4: Pay the Fee

Pay the revaluation fee online using:

  • Debit/Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI

You can also pay at any AP/TG Online center.

Step 5: Submit Application

After payment, click submit. Download and print the application form for your records.

Step 6: Keep Your Receipt

Save the fee payment receipt. You may need it later.

How to Check Revaluation Results

Results are published on the same portal where you applied:

  1. Visit the revaluation portal
  2. Login with your admission number

  4. Your updated marks will be shown

If there is a change in marks, your original result will be updated automatically. If no change is found, your previous marks remain the same.
